7:19 am - To sleep, I feel the red ཨ at the throat that let me sleep all night long and then once
I got up pass urine and back to bed, I did the non-reactive method and after a long time
keeping still-important and also relax breathing to let go. I finally felt the
early morning phase state while lying on the right and I was then
hypnagogic, felt like I was sitting on a stool and tilting to the right and going to fall on the
ground from a table but then I realized I cannot be because I'm sleeping in bed so this is a dream
so I just allow it to fall and as I fall, I felt myself being pulled upwards in the phase feeling
and I let it be but the dream faded before I could go further.
8:16 am
- Continue to do non-reactive breathing and while lying on my right, I got my second lucid dream tonight.I was in a kind of hazy state of mind and realized that it's just a dream.
I then clapped and rubbed my hands and then sustained it.
It was all in darkness and I continued to peer into my right hand while rubbing.
As I peered and saw the texture of the skin color of my right my hand, the world appeared.
I found a classroom in the back.
I then put my hands on the floor and rubbed the floor and tapped it.
I then stood up on the floor of the classroom, the cement floor, and walked with my legs touching it.
There was an opening on the left, so I walked to the left to go out of the classroom.
As I walked past the windows of the classroom outside, I tapped the classroom window and rubbed on it as well.
And I continued to remember to always rub my hands.
And then the dream faded, but when it faded, my palms were not together, so I could not re-enter the dream.
Prior to the first lucid dream and the second lucid dream, I prayed to Dorje Shugden to bless me with OBE or lucid dreams.
As I was walking outside the classroom, tapping and rubbing the window glass, I spoke out loud as I walked.
I said, wow, I really lucid dreaming, there was a small drain on my left as I walked.
It felt so real, like I was actually there walking as I was talking to myself.

Feel Red ཨ at throat for sleeping. Visualizing Red ཨ is optional. What is important is the sensation at the throat.
Upon every subsequent awakening in the night, do Non-Reactive method for inducing lucid dream/OBE. Eejit's (Stephen Walsh) Chain of Thoughts method. Be Non-Reactive to let go of heavy thoughts until light thoughts (liminal dream) appears. The light thought-forms is the anchor. Occasionally keep awareness on them to prevent drifting off to sleep. Once you feel the hypnagogic state, rub fingers, rub hands and off you go!
Tip: If you just do Red ཨ at throat. There is no anchor and you might drift off to sleep.
