435-Out of Body Experience: Eejits method to exit then, tap window of bedroom

 

Using Eejit's (Stephen Walsh) Chain of Thoughts method of WILD (youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=__H8JAbg7z4), and Lucid Mystic ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPxY7Z_opwI ) I manage to exit the body by realizing that a liminal dream scene can be transformed into a dream world by clapping and rubbing my hands. I stepped on bedroom floor beside bed. Stood up and rub the curtains. Parted them and looked out at the night sky and tapped my finger on the window. Transcription from Sony Recorder follows:


I use Eejit's method Eejit from the YouTube all night long and managed to fall asleep easily
and early morning now already 8 something I think and now lying on my left I did Eejit's method
again to fall asleep and I in and out in and out of the liminal dreaming state many times
and finally I found myself in a classroom it could be a hypnagogic image where liminal dreaming
combined. I looked and I was standing in front of the classroom I looked down I was near the whiteboard and suddenly I think very light dream liminal dreaming probably and I said yes this could be
a dream I manage to clap my hands and rub my hands clap and I and I entered the OBE, rub my hands
and rub my hands and found myself in bed rubbing my hands and peering at them trying to get the
world to come in but I tried a long time the color did not come in and finally after a while
yes I can see the color came in and I was in my room and lying on my bed I then continue to rub
my hands and until it became stabilized and in the meantime I thought I did the prayer
to dedicate merit to all the two Tara and Chenrezig as well and ask for the bless all sentient beings
to be free from suffering get happiness and clarity and when I finish that I continue
rubbing my hands and I think at one time the dream almost faded but because my hands were
palms together and I could feel them rubbing and because of that I managed to re-enter the
dream again and this time when I re-enter I could see the room clearly because I keep peering in
hands and the skin texture and so now I want to stand up so I did I touch the impossible angle
on my left touch the mattress and move my touch to the side and I feel my legs come down on the
floor I stand on the floor and stood up and I was also happy and then tap the blue curtains
dark blue curtains on the left and then walk a short distance and open the curtains and look outside
and I see outside was dark and I tap the glass with my fingers and heard the sound and felt
the solidity and I can tell myself oh this is so real like I'm really here and I think I focus
the glass too long and the dream faded and then I tried to get back my palms together and I found
that my palms were not together at the time that was a mistake I should have continued putting my
palm and rubbing together no matter what I did and I should continue peering and I think I before
it faded I managed to look to the right and saw the front bookshelf and I also walked no it didn't fade. I did tap the cupboard on the right the front the white cupboard and peered the cupboard texture very closely rub on it and move to the right towards the door and then only I think the room faded at that time because I think I went back to the glass and look out the window and that's where the room faded the dream faded and I tried to get back I couldn't because my palms are not together and while I was still in a slightly dazed hypnagogic state I think I did dedication of merits and throughout the OBE I could hear the background sound of two-tone high pitch high frequency:  too tee, too tee. . .


Eejit's Chain of Thoughts method modified:
Be Non Reactive let heavy thoughts run until no more
Let light thoughts (liminal dreams) flow - occassionaly check on them to keep awake
Hynagogia image, feelings and sounds will start
Clap hands rub and exit

It’s similar to mindfulness meditation—but instead of returning to the breath, you simply observe the mind’s contents and allow yourself to drift deeper. The key is Non-Reactivity.

My new mantra:  "Be Non-Reactive"
Practice this new mantra all through the day when experiencing negative thoughts or feelings
