538-LD: Five lucid dreams back to back

6:47 am

I took both magnesium and B6 together tonight and had five lucid dreams back-to-back—very clear. I only remember fragments of them. Night before, got up and 4:30 am and could not sleep back. So tonight could be REM-rebound.

In the first one, I found myself in a fenced-up area, standing, and suddenly became lucid. I wanted to test reality, so I pinched my nose and could still breathe. That’s when I knew I was lucid. But when I repeated the pinched-nose test, I couldn’t breathe. Somehow, expectation affected the result.

I tried to fly and think I floated a little above the ground.

In the second lucid dream, I was walking along a road. It was daytime. I asked people questions, and they talked to me. I also looked at the palms of my hands and could see them clearly.

In another lucid dream, I can’t remember much, but I was out there again, walking around. Everything was very clear, and I had no trouble maintaining the dream. It stayed intact without any effort. It all felt so effortless—and incredibly real. I remember walking around, amazed at how real everything felt.

When I spoke, my voice sounded like a young girl’s or a young boy’s voice.

I think there were a few more dreams in between, but I can’t remember them. Each time I exited a dream, I easily slipped into the next one—repeatedly, back-to-back.

In the last one, I experienced immediately re-entering a lucid dream after exiting the previous one. I was walking around a room and said, “Oh, here’s another one—another lucid dream.” I was so happy, talking to myself.

Then I walked into the USM library. It was dark, with a bit of light. I said, “Wow, another lucid dream—and it’s USM. Wow, I like USM. I mean, it’s a perfect library. It’s so nice.”

I think there were some people there. I was talking a lot and walking inside—and then the dream faded.

531-OB: Walking to lift

7:12 am

I had two OBs back-to-back.

I was in and out of, I think, some dreams. And before that, I made the intention to have an OB tonight.

In one of the dreams, I woke up and was in a hazy state of mind. I said, “Okay, let’s try to do an OB.”

I managed to rub my fingers and my hands together. I was on the bed, and then I rubbed my face. I continued to rub my face and hands, and as I was rubbing, I rubbed my torso as well.

Then… I wanted to roll over and stand up on the floor, and I managed to do that.

I stood up on the floor of my bedroom. I think I touched the curtains on the left and also the bed on the right.

I was stomping on the floor just to make it feel more real. I also spoke out loud so that I could hear myself, and I did—I managed to hear myself talking.

I walked to the door of my bedroom. As I walked, I touched objects on the left and right. On the left, I touched the wall. When I reached near the bathroom, I also touched the wall on the right.

Then I touched the door of my bedroom, grabbed the handle, opened it, and walked out into the living room.

I was looking around, and I remembered to continue rubbing my hands together to maintain the lucidity. I forgot to look at the palms of my hands. I also forgot to do peering to make more light and color appear.

So I was looking around the living room, looking at objects, and then the dream faded.

Then I tried to re-enter the dream by imagining touching objects, and I managed to re-enter it again.

This time, I was also on the bed. I rubbed my hands together, swung my feet over, and stood up on the floor.

I ran to the door of my bedroom, opened it, and walked out into the living room. Then I went straight to the door of the living room, opened it, and walked out into the corridor.

I touched the sides of the walls and quickly walked to the metal grill. I opened the metal grill gate and walked out, touching the wall as I moved toward the lift.

As I was walking to the lift, I remembered to peer at my palms this time. So I looked at the palms of my hands to try to make the world appear—and it did appear beyond my palms.

All this while, I remembered to keep rubbing my palms together.

After a while, the dream faded.

530-OB Getting up from bed

7:50 am

I was in and out of dreams, and then I think I came out of one, and I am lying on my right.

So I thought let's to try to induce the early morning state, and I managed to feel my fingers rubbing the familiar rubbery sensations, and also starting on my left and right fingers rubbing.

Then I brought the palms together and rubbed them as well.

Then I rubbed my face.

Then I rubbed the mattress and then I tried to swing over, and I stand up, but the state fizzled out.

511-OB: Rising frequency, finger rub

8:02 am

Practiced non-resistance and anti-perfectionism.
Then I was going in and out of two dreams, back to back.
After the second dream, I was trying to go back to sleep.
Suddenly, I found myself in the phase state.
I heard a vibration sound that was rising in pitch.
I could faintly feel the fingers of my right hand rubbing.
That was the exit technique.
I didn’t want to rush.
I let the thing develop.
Let the whole thing go deeper.
Eventually, it faded out.

510-LD: Long life with wife, old house

8.17am

I practiced non-resistance.

I dreamed that I was with my wife, and we lived a very happy life together.
It was in this house, and it was our home.
Inside, the room looked like an old, abandoned building made of bricks—old-type bricks.
There were windowless windows, two or three of them.
I was floating around.

Suddenly, I remembered that this was such a long dream.
I moved around, clapping my hands.
In the background, I was humming—or hearing—the song Auld Lang Syne.

When I became lucid, I thought how amazing it was that this was such a long lucid dream, and that I could still maintain it without waking up.
I went to one of the open windows.
Outside, it was daytime.

I touched the window sill, clapping my hands the whole time.
And suddenly, the dream faded.

509-LD: Meditate in hall spinning

9.31am

I practiced non-resistance.

I dreamed that I was in a big hall doing some meditation. I was kneeling down, sitting on my heels on a cushion. On my left was a Sikh man, and on the right was a lady. There was a deep, trance-like state, and I managed to get the meditation finished.

But then I found myself close to the man on the left, so I adjusted my cushion more to the right. I thought the meditation was over, but then I entered the trance-like state again. This raised my body—my body lifted up while still kneeling—and I fell forward, doing some kind of prostration on the floor.

I thought this must be some kind of advanced state, and I let it happen. After that, I sort of floated up into the air and began to spin in all directions. Then I began to spin clockwise, and that’s when I realized this could be a dream. I became lucid.

I then tried to induce an out-of-body experience. I clapped my hands and rubbed them and felt the familiar rubbery sensation. I then stood up on the floor and walked around. I was now in a dark room, and I tried to peer at my hands. I kept looking and gazing at my palms, and eventually I could see light and color, and objects appearing in the room.

I was now in a dark house. In the living room, I saw a table—a wooden table, rectangular in size, with chairs surrounding it. I walked towards the table, put both my palms on it, and started rubbing. As I rubbed like this, the dream faded.

508-OB: Peering at hands walking out of N-Park house

6.44am

Going in and out of several dreams, I finally found myself in a fuzzy state of mind, and I seized the opportunity. I tried to rub my fingers together, and it worked. Then I rubbed my hands together and felt a familiar rubbery sensation.

I took my time, slowly rubbing my hands and fingers together until the sensation became strong. I then rubbed my hands on the mattress and slowly turned my body to the left, swinging my feet over. I stepped onto the floor of my bedroom beside my bed.

Immediately, I rubbed both hands on the wall to the left and walked quickly all the way to the bedroom door, all the while rubbing my palms against the wall. I opened the bedroom door and walked out into the living room of my house at N-Park.

I peered at my hands, holding both palms face up in a prayer position. As I peered, I immediately saw color and light, and the living room became clear. I turned left and right, still gazing at my palms, observing them through my peripheral vision, softly illuminated by the color and light of the room.

I walked toward the main door and opened it, still peering and gazing at my upward-facing palms.

What?

I was not looking directly at the world, but using my peripheral vision. It was daytime, and I could see clearly beyond my fingers, beyond my palms, and into the world. I walked quickly toward the metal iron gates of my house and passed through them, my palms still facing upward as I peered at them.

They were facing up. And beyond them, I could see the horizon and the area extending beyond my sight—N-Park Condominium. I was turning left and right as I walked, and gradually it began to fade, until the dream faded completely.

507-OB: Raining near lift door of N-Park

6.53am

Lying on my right, I felt a fuzzy sensation and managed to rub my hands together, feeling a familiar rubbery texture. I rubbed the bed, then turned over and stood up on the floor of my bedroom beside the bed. With my left hand rubbing the curtain and my right hand rubbing the mattress, I walked all the way to the bedroom door and touched the wall of my bathroom on the right.

With my left hand, I opened the bedroom door and walked into the living room. Everything was still dark. On the left, I walked a few steps toward the balcony, but decided to turn right and walk toward the living room door instead. I opened the living room door. I was expecting to see daylight, but it was still dark.

I walked toward the metal grill gate and peered at my right hand. Light and color appeared, and I could see everything clearly in daylight. I touched my right palm to the floor, rubbed it, then walked through the metal grill gate and toward the lift. It was raining, and I was very happy.

I walked under the rain and waited for the lift to open. I pressed the lift button, and the lift came and opened. I walked in, the door closed, and I saw a mirror in front of me. I could see a Chinese-speaking face, which was supposed to be me. I enjoyed the reflection of myself in the mirror in front of the lift door.

I sang Auld Lang Syne. I sang and sang and sang while waiting for the lift door to open. At the same time, I rubbed my palms together, expecting the lift door to open. A few times, the dream almost faded, but I said, “No, no, no.” I continued actively singing the song and rubbing my hands, and eventually, the dream faded.

506-OB: Bathroom cold shower

9.43 am

I think I already mastered the trick.

I need to be in a hazy state of mind just after I wake up from my sleep, so I did this technique in micro-sleeps. Then, in one instance, I decided, “Okay, let’s try to do the exit technique now.”

I was lying on my left side, with my left hand on the pillow near my face and my right hand on my right thigh. I tried to rub the thumb and forefinger of my right hand, then I tried the left hand—then the right hand again.

Eventually, with the left hand, I felt myself shift into a state that was ready for an out-of-body experience. I then felt my hands materialize and extrude somewhere in front of me, and I could rub them clearly now—my right hand, left thumb and forefinger, and also the right thumb and forefinger.

I then brought both hands together and rubbed them. I felt a familiar rubbery sensation. Next, I rubbed my left forearm and right forearm, and then rubbed all the way up to my face.

While my left hand was rubbing my face, my right hand moved down towards the torso of my body, to the right-hand side, and continued rubbing. I automatically felt my legs swing over the bed and plant themselves on the floor of my bedroom, and I sat upright on my bed.

I then stood up, and I was very happy.

I opened the curtains and looked out. It was daytime; there was already morning light. I turned and walked towards the cupboard and opened it. There were clothes hanging inside, and I ruffled my hands among the clothes. I also put my face into the clothes hanging inside, and I could see them clearly. There was colour and light.

I then turned and walked towards the bathroom. I entered the bathroom. There was a mirror there, and also the basin. On the right, I opened the water shower and took a bath. I felt that the water was cold.

I exited the bathroom, grabbed a towel, and rubbed away the water. Then I went to the door of my bedroom, opened it, and walked into the living room. Everything was clear. I could see the living room very clearly. There was colour and light, and I felt so happy.

I spoke to myself, “This is so real,” and I could hear my voice clearly.

I walked towards the balcony, opened the sliding door, and looked out. There was an additional extension on the balcony. Then I turned around and walked towards the kitchen. I opened the sliding window and looked down. Below, I could see a different kind of park—almost like a carnival-style garden. There was a Chinese man standing there as well, at ground level.

I climbed over the ledge because I wanted to jump all the way down from the top. Instead of falling, I was suspended in mid-air. I couldn’t go down, and I was in a dilemma. Then I willed myself to be on the ground, and I descended and landed there.

At that point, things began to become fuzzy, and the scene started to fade. Although I could still feel my hands, I tried rubbing them and could feel the sensation, but I just let it be.

And then the dream ended.

505-OB: Crawling in bedroom floor on all fours

7.36 am

I think I finally got it—how to do it correctly.

Lying on my left, in a heavy sleep, drifting in and out of a hazy state, I then decided, let’s give it a try. And I tried to rub my fingers.

At first, it was not successful. But I persisted, and I tried to keep my enthusiasm and excitement in check. Take it easy. So I tried.

I managed to feel my fingers rubbing very faintly at first, trying both hands—left fingers and right fingers. Thumb rubbing. Finally, I felt it in my left thumb, and then both fingers. Gradually, both fingers could feel it.

Then I was excited. I tried to relax a bit, let it go, and take it easy. And finally, I got it—both fingers rubbing clearly.

I managed to extend my left and right fingers, hands in front, and I brought them together and rubbed. I felt the familiar rubbery sensation of my palms rubbing together. I was so happy.

I then rubbed my forearms—left and right. I brought my hands to my face and rubbed my face, and very clearly felt the rubbery sensation of my hands rubbing my face.

Then my left hand continued rubbing my face. My right hand went to rub my body, down to the torso and the side of my body, and up again. And… and…

I rubbed the surface of my mattress, of my bed. I then tried to roll over. At first, it didn’t work, but then I let go and relaxed, just focusing on the rubbing of my body and hands.

This time, I imagined myself rolling to the opposite side and falling onto the floor. And true enough, I fell—off my bed—onto the floor of my bedroom.

Then I turned around and, on all fours, I put both hands down and rubbed the floor. I rubbed the floor and crawled all the way, trying to get to the door of my bedroom.

As I continued crawling on all fours in the darkness, I occasionally rubbed the bed on the right and could feel it clearly. I kept rubbing like this and almost reached the door of my bedroom.

I didn’t get up at all. I just continued crawling on all fours like that. And when I almost reached the door of my bedroom, I lost the feeling of my hands on the floor. It faded.

I just let it be. It wasn’t as lucid, but I feel this was a success.

504-Falling down N-Park building

8.29am

I was getting in and out of sleep—
micro-sleeps, micro-dreams—
lying on my right.

I used the technique: just blank, nothing—
minimal thoughts, no heavy thoughts—
just rest, easy, with no thoughts.

Then, in micro-sleep and micro-dreams,
still lying on my right,
I felt it was time to try to induce
an out-of-body experience.

I tried to twist, rotate, roll—everything—
but it didn’t work.

Then I remembered that I could use my hands to rub—
rub my fingers—and it worked.

Two hands appeared in front of me.
They rubbed in front of my head,
and I could rub my fingers together
and also rub my hands together.
I felt the familiar rubbery feeling
on the palms of both hands.

I rubbed them together,
then rubbed my forearms,
then rubbed the mattress.

I swung my feet over the bed,
onto the floor,
and stood up.

I touched the window on the left with my hands
and also rubbed the mattress with my right hand.
I walked toward the door of my bedroom,
and as I walked,
I rubbed the left wall
and also touched the floor on the right.

When I reached near the bathroom,
I rubbed the bathroom wall on the right.

Then I came to the wooden door of my bedroom.
I put my hands on the wooden door and rubbed it.
I reached for the handle,
twisted it,
turned the handle,
and opened the bedroom door.

I walked into the living room,
and while I was there,
I said to myself,
“Yes, yes, this is it. Yes.”

I could hear my voice clearly.

I touched the floor of the living room,
then peered at my hands.

I walked to the main door of my house—N-Park.
I opened the door and asked myself,
“What will I see outside?”

I opened the door,
and outside was bright.
It was daylight.

I saw the corridor leading to the iron gate,
and I walked there.
I walked through the iron gate,
and then I saw an orange sky.

I climbed over the ledge—
over the ledge—
and then I was falling,
but slowly.

I rubbed the walls on the side of N-Park
as I fell slowly to the ground.
I knew I wouldn’t get hurt,
because this was a dream.

I fell all the way to the bottom
and hit the grass.
I touched the grass,
rubbed the grass.

I think this was the N-Park playground grass,
the playground side.

I stayed near the ground, near the grass,
and tried to find familiar things.

As I was walking around like this for a while,
traveling around the surface,
trying to look for familiar things in the park,
the dream faded.

It was near the washing area.

503-OB: Walking naked N-Park

8.40 am

Lying on my right, I did no thought. No thought, but just staring at nothing—fuzzy, hazy, not thinking.
And I was getting in and out of micro sleep and also micro dreams.
And then, after a few rounds like that, I thought, okay, let’s try to do the exit technique.
And I managed to feel my hands rubbing.
And I rubbed the hands and also the mattress bed.
And then swung to the left and, with my right hand, rubbed the side of the bed frame, and I stood up on the floor straight away.
And I walked towards the door of my bedroom.
And I peered at my hands, and the whole thing became clear, like I was just opening my eyes.
Before that, it’s like I was walking with my eyes closed.
I opened the door of my bedroom, stepped into the living room, and continued to touch objects in front and also the floor.
I went down to the floor and peered at the floor and rubbed.
And I then walked towards the door of the living room and opened the wooden door.
And when I looked out, I saw everything was white, and there was nobody there in the hall, in the corridor.
I walked towards the metal gate of my house. It was daytime.
I turned the keys, pushed it open, and I walked out towards the lift.
I then pressed the lift button.
I put both palms on the lift door, rubbed my palms on the door of the lift and rubbed. The lift opened; I stepped in.
And I pressed down. The lift door closed.
And the lift went down.
And when I reached the bottom of the ground, it opened.
I saw outside was slightly different from N-Park.
But it’s okay. I intended it to be a N-Park.
I turned left, walked out, and walked down the stairs to the left of the road.
And I saw on the left, there was a Singh security guard.
There also got an Arab man.
And I walked past them, and I was naked.
And there was tissue sticking in my anus.
And this Arab man looked at my naked body, and I kept walking past them away.
And for a moment, I thought, could it be that I really walked out, stepped out of my bedroom, and walked down all naked?
I was a bit shy.
And I continued walking.
And after walking for a while, I drifted into the unconsciousness, and I woke up.
The dream faded.

502-OB: Rubbing floor beside bed

9.07 am

Lying on my right side, I did the fuzzy no-thought method and managed to fall into a light sleep—micro-sleep—several times in a row, having short micro-dreams as well.

Then, in one of the dreams, I woke up from the micro-sleep and felt a familiar buzz and fuzzy sensation that indicated it was ready for an out-of-body travel experience.

So I rubbed my fingers and managed to feel them rubbing together with both my left and right hands. Then I managed to clap my hands and rub them and also felt a familiar rubbery sensation.

I let it develop naturally on its own without rushing it, and I was able to sustain and maintain it. I rubbed my face and felt it clearly.

Then I gently rubbed the side of the bed with my left hand, and I imagined that I rolled over and lay down on the floor below to walk.

I rolled over and lay down on the floor below, touching it with both hands. I touched the floor and felt the cool cement, the cool floor tiles beneath.

I rubbed the floor and felt it clearly, then moved a little bit—crawling forward slightly—toward the bookshelf in front of me.

I was going to try to stand up and walk to the door of my bedroom, but the dream faded.

501-OB: Falling off bed technique

9.34am

Lying on my right and not focusing, just relaxing into the fuzzy feeling.
Falling asleep and waking up, dreaming, falling asleep, dreaming, waking up.
Short, short micro-sleeps several times in series.

I woke up and, still in the fuzzy feeling, I felt that familiar buzzing that you can initiate.
I can do out-of-body experience.

So I tried to rub my fingers, and I managed to rub.
Then I let it develop slowly, without rushing.
I rubbed my hands together and managed to rub, and felt the familiar rubbery feeling.
Then I rubbed my forearms, left and right.

I think I rubbed the mattress, and then I did a shortcut.
Instead of rolling over and standing on my feet, I just rolled and fell onto the floor for a bit.
And it worked. I rolled and fell onto the floor and landed on my back.

Then I used my left hand and rubbed the side of the bed frame, and I felt it.
Then I sat upright, and with my right hand I rubbed the surface of the mattress.
I felt the mattress clearly, and also the rustling sound of my hands rubbing on the mattress.

I then stood up and wanted to walk toward the main door, toward the door of my bedroom.
But the dream faded.

500-OB: Walk to lift with Sam robot

6.14am

I was lying on my right, feeling hazy and fuzzy. I imagine I can clap and rub my hands, and I manage to. Then I rub my face and rub my forearms. I was dreaming—I was flying above the green, green mountains and hills, and in the sky. I was trying to reach the ground, but I couldn’t reach the ground.

After a while, I came back to the bed. Then I rubbed my hands, felt my palms and forearms, and then I touched the bed. I swung over to the left and fell on the floor. My right knee got caught under the bed for a while, but then I managed to stand up. I was so happy, and I walked toward the door of my bedroom, touching the sides of the wall and so on.

I grabbed the handle of the door and opened it, and I went into the living room. It was dark. I looked left and right toward the balcony in the kitchen, and I could see it was in darkness. Then I walked quickly toward the main door of my condominium. I opened it, and I was so happy. I saw that beyond the gates there was a robot, which looked like Sam the robot. I pushed open the metal iron gate and then pushed Sam, and together we walked to the lift.

I pressed the lift button. I was so happy to be able to be on this trip—it was an out-of-body experience. Then the lift arrived, and Sam and I went into the lift. I pushed the down button, and it went down. As I was touching Sam, talking to him, and also touching the lift door, the trip ended. But I was still in a hazy, fuzzy state, and I managed to re-enter the dream again by clapping and rubbing my hands.

Then again I was in my bed. I rolled, touched my face and the mattress, rolled over, and stood up again on the floor. I walked toward my bedroom door again, but this time it was not as deep as the previous trip. I opened the door, walked out into the living room—it was dark—and I walked toward the main door. I opened the door again and walked out. As I walked through the metal gate and wanted to go to the lift, the trip ended.

Relax in no-thought fuzziness
To sleep, I put attention loosely on a fuzzy feeling. Do not focus. Do not think. Just relax.
