505-OB: Crawling in bedroom floor on all fours

7.36 am

I think I finally got it—how to do it correctly.

Lying on my left, in a heavy sleep, drifting in and out of a hazy state, I then decided, let’s give it a try. And I tried to rub my fingers.

At first, it was not successful. But I persisted, and I tried to keep my enthusiasm and excitement in check. Take it easy. So I tried.

I managed to feel my fingers rubbing very faintly at first, trying both hands—left fingers and right fingers. Thumb rubbing. Finally, I felt it in my left thumb, and then both fingers. Gradually, both fingers could feel it.

Then I was excited. I tried to relax a bit, let it go, and take it easy. And finally, I got it—both fingers rubbing clearly.

I managed to extend my left and right fingers, hands in front, and I brought them together and rubbed. I felt the familiar rubbery sensation of my palms rubbing together. I was so happy.

I then rubbed my forearms—left and right. I brought my hands to my face and rubbed my face, and very clearly felt the rubbery sensation of my hands rubbing my face.

Then my left hand continued rubbing my face. My right hand went to rub my body, down to the torso and the side of my body, and up again. And… and…

I rubbed the surface of my mattress, of my bed. I then tried to roll over. At first, it didn’t work, but then I let go and relaxed, just focusing on the rubbing of my body and hands.

This time, I imagined myself rolling to the opposite side and falling onto the floor. And true enough, I fell—off my bed—onto the floor of my bedroom.

Then I turned around and, on all fours, I put both hands down and rubbed the floor. I rubbed the floor and crawled all the way, trying to get to the door of my bedroom.

As I continued crawling on all fours in the darkness, I occasionally rubbed the bed on the right and could feel it clearly. I kept rubbing like this and almost reached the door of my bedroom.

I didn’t get up at all. I just continued crawling on all fours like that. And when I almost reached the door of my bedroom, I lost the feeling of my hands on the floor. It faded.

I just let it be. It wasn’t as lucid, but I feel this was a success.
