I have been practicing savoring the moment.
And then I was having light dreams. And I dreamt that there was a boy, one of my young sons. He was looking at the floor very closely, like as though he was doing peering. And he was in a room.
And then I realized that peering is a technique. And then I became lucid. And I was, like, half awake, half asleep. And I felt the early morning phase state.
And I tried to induce the out-of-body experience. So I felt my—imagined my palms, my fingers rubbing—and I felt them. And I again managed to feel my palms rubbing as well. And I savored the moment as well.
And then that one thing led to another. And I was rubbing the mattress of my bed, slowly taking my time, savoring the moment, and then standing up in my bedroom of N-Park.
I then touched the curtain on my left and walked all the way to my bedroom door while savoring the moment. And then, touching the left wall, then touching the table on the right, touching the door of my bathroom and looking at it, touching my bedroom door and looking at it, feeling the solidity.
I held the door handle of my bedroom door, opened the door, and walked out into the living room. I looked at my palms, peering, trying to get the light color to come in.
Then I turned left and walked towards the balcony. I pulled open the curtains, and light came into the hall side. And I could see clearly my balcony railing, which is quite high up. And beyond, there were the mountains.
It was a clear morning, blue skies, so beautiful, very bright and clear. And I could see houses below.
And then I turned to touch my balcony sliding door. And as I touched it, I could feel it clearly and hear myself talking: “It’s so real.”
And then I looked on the floor, and I looked at every object. I stood there, still for that moment, and talked to myself. And it’s like, “I’m really here.”
And I was like that for a while. And eventually, the dream faded.
