560-OB: Invisible to wife

I woke up in the early morning, felt the phase state, and then I yielded to the out-of-body experience.

And earlier, all the while I was practicing, I was savoring the moment and also doing abdominal breathing, based on Peter Doobinin's The Skill of Pleasure book—doing vitakka and vicara.

I knew that it was a phase state, and I took my time confidently, slowly, not hurrying.

I just used the power of intention to move my hands, my extra limbs—hands—here and there, and I enjoyed it.

And then I imagined that I had stood up upright, and my body rotated into mid-air and righted itself.

I was in a room, my bedroom, and my wife was still sleeping in bed. It was dark.

And then I became upright, and then I stood on the floor of my bedroom.

I then peered at my palms, my left and right palms, to bring in light and color. And after a few seconds, the light and color came into the room, and I could see everything clearly.

It was so real.

And on my left, there was a tissue box on the table, and I touched it. And I was amazed at how real it was. It was like I was actually there. That was what I thought to myself.

I was quite happy about this and quite glad.

I then walked on the floor of the bedroom towards the door of my bedroom. And then, when I was near there, I turned on the switch on the right side of the door and turned on the light.

And then my wife got up from bed and started to walk around. And to her, I was still sleeping in bed.

And then she walked past me and could not see me.

I touched her shoulder, and I was amazed that I could actually feel it. I could feel her shoulder.

I was expecting my hand to go through her physical form, but I was surprised that it didn't. It actually touched her physical form, and I could feel it clearly.

And she was walking around like that.

And then I crouched down low on the floor so that I wouldn't bump into her again. And then, as she walked past, I touched her leg, her left knee, and I think she felt it.

And she was very surprised. She couldn't see me, but she could feel me touching her left knee. So I think she was trying to look around for me.

I was just beneath her, crouching down on the floor, but she couldn't see me. I was invisible.

And slowly, I crawled away from her towards her left to avoid her bumping into me. And she was still looking around for me.

And then the dream faded.

This is one of the most realistic out-of-body experiences that I've ever experienced.
