548-LD: Looking at wall clock in bedroom

8:22 am

I took Sleephoria before bedtime, and I had difficulty falling back asleep.

I did mindfulness of the cravings and tried to just release all the cravings, and I managed to fall asleep.

Then I dreamt that I woke up from the bed and sat upright. It was in a bedroom, in an unknown place, but I thought I had already woken up. It was a false awakening.

I looked at the clock on the wall and thought that I had slept until so late.

I tried to clap my hands and rub my face. I forgot to do the pinch-nose test, the reality test. But I realised that it could be a dream, even though it felt so real.

Shortly after that, I woke up.

I later had another lucid dream, but could not remember the contents.
