547-OB: In N-Park living room

7.30 am

I took magnesium and B6 before bedtime, and I did the mindfulness, acceptance, and relaxation technique to fall asleep.

I got up to pass urine, and I couldn't sleep.

When I got back to bed, I continued to do the meditation, the mindfulness, acceptance, and relaxation technique.

Then I found myself in a hazy, fuzzy kind of mental state.

I tried to rub my fingers, grab my hands, and rub them, and I felt the familiar rubbery sensation.

I also rubbed my face and then my body.

Then I drifted out and started to walk on the floor of my bedroom.

I continued to rub my hands together and talk to myself, reminding myself to keep rubbing my palms together so that the lucidity would not go away.

As I did that, I found that I was now flying in the air.

Below me, I could see the scenery change.

Sometimes I could see trees and grass below, as if I were outdoors.

At other times, it was something else.

Eventually, the dream faded.

I kept still, and since I was still in this hazy, fuzzy state, I managed to re-enter again.

I rubbed my fingers, grabbed my hands, rubbed my hands, and rubbed my face and body.

This time, I swung my legs over the bed.

I stepped onto the floor of my bedroom.

I walked toward the bedroom door.

As I walked, I also rubbed the bedroom floor.

I continued to rub the wooden floor.

When I reached the door, I opened it.

Then I walked out into the living room of my N-Park house.

I could see...

It wasn't really clear.

It wasn't very clear.

It was a bit dark and hazy.

But I managed to see some of the objects there.

I looked left and right.

Then there was the balcony.

I walked toward it.

I could see through it.

Outdoors, there was...

I'm on the 22nd floor, so I could see part of the sky and some of the things below.

Then I turned right to walk back in.

The dream faded.

But I was still in the fuzzy state and resisted recording the dream just yet.

So, for the third time, I re-entered the dream.

I rubbed my hands.

Firmly rubbed my hands.

Rubbed my forearms.

Rubbed my face and my body.

I also tapped on the mattress and rubbed it as well.

I tried to stand up again.

I think I did something, but I don't remember what.

Again, the dream faded.

And again, I was in the fuzzy state.

Now, I re-entered it again.

This was the fourth time.

I met a girl, and we interacted for a while.

Then I just let the dream fade.
