6:35 am
For the past week, I have been practising dream yoga. I place my awareness on the throat region and feel it while also visualising the red “Ah” symbol and a red lotus. I do this as I fall asleep. During the day, I keep reminding myself that everything is a dream, or dream-like.
I took magnesium and vitamin B6 before bedtime. I went to bed, got up to pass urine, and then returned to bed.
I practised dream yoga while also holding the intention of having an out-of-body experience. I then had a microsleep. When I woke up, I immediately realised that I was in the correct mental state—the phase state.
I could feel slight vibrations in the palms of both hands, and I knew it was time to have an out-of-body experience.
I rubbed the palms of my hands together, rubbed both forearms, and then rubbed my face. I also touched the surface of the mattress on which I was sleeping.
I then heard an inner voice. It said, “Swing your legs over the bed and stand on the floor.”
I slowly swung my legs over the side of the bed and stood on the floor of my bedroom. I walked slowly towards the bedroom door, but it was not the bedroom in the N-Park house. It was a different house.
I walked directly to the door and felt myself touching its surface. I opened it by turning the knob and walked out.
It was dark, and I found myself in some kind of dormitory. There were multiple rooms on both the left and right sides of the corridor. I thought about searching for my other batchmates, who might also be sleeping there.
I turned right and walked down the corridor. As I walked, I peered at the palms of my hands to bring light and colour into the surroundings. Some light and colour began to appear.
I then entered the first bedroom on the right. I opened the door and saw rows of beds on both sides of the room. I stood there and pulled down the blanket on one of the beds. Surprisingly, there was nobody underneath it.
I tried another bed and pulled down its blanket, but there was nobody there either. It was strange.
I turned around, walked out of the room, and then turned left along the corridor. I spoke aloud, saying, “This is so real. It feels as though I am really here.”
I also touched the walls and told myself, “This is so real. It feels as though I am really here.”
All the while, I continued peering at the palms of my hands to bring more light and colour into the surroundings. It was still dark, but there was sunlight at the far end of the corridor, so I walked towards it.
As I approached the end of the corridor, I saw a gentleman pushing something. He entered from my left, passed in front of me, and continued towards the right. I followed him.
He looked like a Malay man, so I called out, “Encik! Hello! Hello!”
However, he ignored me and continued walking. I followed him towards the end of a large hall.
In the centre of the hall, there was an opening in the ceiling through which light was shining. Beneath it were two water taps. I approached one of the taps. Water was dripping from it, so I turned it on and felt the water.
Then rainwater began falling through the opening above. A shaft of light shone down through the opening. I stepped into the shaft of light and felt the rainwater falling onto my head. The water felt so real.
I then allowed myself to float upwards and out through the opening into the sky above. When I emerged through the hole at the top, I discovered that the building was actually some kind of factory.
I did not want to lose my lucidity, so I allowed myself to float back down through the opening and return to the building.
But then the dream faded.
