I went to bed, got up, and passed urine.
I came back to bed but couldn’t sleep. So I had the intention of having an out-of-body experience. Then I practiced mindfulness of breathing and eventually fell asleep lying on my right.
Then I woke up and found myself in the correct state of mind for an out-of-body experience. I then managed to rub my palms and my hands together and felt the familiar rubbery sensations. I also rubbed my fingers together. Then I rubbed my forearms and my face.
Then I tried to rotate to the left. I also tried to touch the mattress on my bed. I peered at the palms of my hands and alternated that with rubbing. I also managed to sit up in bed.
I then got down onto the floor in front of my bed. I was on all fours on the brown parquet floor of my bedroom. I also looked at the palms of my hands and managed to bring color and light into the room.
I rubbed the floor of my bedroom and crawled all the way to the door of my bedroom. I could see the white-colored texture of my bedroom door. I rubbed it. I grabbed the handle and opened the bedroom door. Beyond it, I could see my living room. There was color and light. I could see my kitchen and furniture. Everything could be seen.
I then crawled on all fours to the door of my N-Park living room. I opened the door and looked out. I could see the corridor outside, leading to my metal iron grill, and it was daytime.
I crawled on all fours on the floor, towards the metal grill. Then, on the left wall, there was a switch handle. I turned the switch, and the metal door opened. Then I crawled out into the corridor leading to the lift.
As I approached the lift, I saw a Punjabi lady with her daughter, a small girl. I greeted them. I also touched the lady’s calf and asked for her name.
Then the lift came. I talked to her and asked her what her name was. She replied. When the lift came, I was friendly with them. The lift door opened, and inside, on the left, was a fridge—a cooler fridge—which contained some cold drinks.
Then there was a cute grey puppy inside. The Punjabi lady told me, “There’s a puppy there.”
She said, “There’s Ken, the puppy.”
So I crawled in, and the puppy walked towards me. I was afraid it was going to leave and come out of the lift. I wanted to play with the puppy, so I touched it with my right hand and said, “You are so cute.”
As I was trying to crawl into the lift, the dream ended.
