562-Clapping hands on bed

I have been practising just enjoying the fan blowing on my face and enjoying every pleasant feeling.

I slept on my right. I found myself in the phase state. I tried to feel my limbs, my hands, and suddenly I could feel my right hand moving up and down quite fast.

I then imagined, or intended, to rub and clap my hands, and they did. Everything was mind-driven, very effortless, not using the physical habit of trying to move my limbs.

Then, slowly and taking my time, I touched the mattress. After that, I intended to sit upright, and suddenly my body moved upright.

After a while, the dream faded.
